The OvoSelect F Series delivers high capacity in a compact footprint, with vertical transport architecture, precision weighing and OvoPacker integration.
The OvoSelect F Series consists of vertical-architecture egg grading machines developed for modern facilities, combining high capacity with a minimal footprint. With the F30, F45, F75, F90, F120 and F150 models it offers grading capacities from 30,000 to 150,000 eggs per hour, giving facilities of every scale a flexible solution.

In the F Series, precisely weighed eggs are carried to the appropriate level by the vertical transport system and delivered to the packing lines via rod conveyors. Graded eggs are then placed fully automatically into trays or other packaging by OvoPacker automatic setting systems.

Compared to horizontal systems, the vertical architecture reduces floor use, enabling a more compact layout where space is limited.

The F Series supports Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) coding on the grading machine. Coding takes place on the rollers before grading, applying a high-quality print to the egg's equator zone. This way all eggs can be coded uniformly.
When different weight classes need different codes, brands or customer information, standalone printers can be integrated at each packing line exit for independent coding per class.

With its integrated dark chamber providing the right environment for crack and candling inspection, the F Series also stands out for low energy consumption and efficient pneumatics. The system needs only about 4 bar of operating pressure, and its very low air consumption means a mid-size compressor is more than enough.
